Very Bad CS. They have no intention of solving problems you encounter in the app. Deposited money but not credited. Emailed them but the response was automated. They said 7 banking days and the money will be credited. 2 weeks after, money was still not credited. Emailed again, it was the same response and process. Better to stay away to this app if you value your money

The first time I used your app is incredible working just fine without any updates yet. Right now, when all of the updates and such happened I can't even get an OTP real time even if my signal was on a full bars. Before when I'm transferring money there's no problem at all, because the process is as smooth as marshmallow but right now? I don't think so, cause I needed to click the resend for OTP just for me to get it though, it's not ethical especially for those ppl who needs it immediately.

The fact that all communications to KOMO is digital, my issue was not handled satisfactorily. A very basic issue of a cancelled transaction that was debited from my account which was not resolved until now. I sent a screenshot of the bank statement and the convo from the merchant as proof that it was declined but was debited from my account, but to no avail. I even highlighted the amount in the OUT (debit) column on the bank's statement but I guess someone cannot comprehend what I was saying.
