Ratings and reviews

Before you rate this app negatively, you need to understand the difference b/w a term loan and a credit line which Salmon offers. A term loan has fixed monthly payments for a set time like 3,6,12 months. A credit line doesn't have a fixed installment, instead, payment is flexible and depends on you. But there is minimum payment to avoid making the outstanding balance due. The credit line will always charge interest on the outstanding amount. If you can only pay the minimum, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

Raised a concern around 2:27am. Now it's already escalated @ 5:34am and still the issue is not yet resolve. What a way to treat customer service so poorly. I won't recommend this app and their very bad service towards customers who pays their full statement balancr and still being charged an interest fee without having any bank transfer or e-wallet transactions and no remaining balanced carried over to the next cycle. This is absurd and a scam if you don't go over your transactions carefully!

My credit line dont have any increase eventhough that I used salmon for almost 1 year without any delayed payment of due date and having a good credit score. I believed that this is so unfair for every salmon user that they try to maintain a good credit score but they are not able to received an increase in their credit line in a short period of time. And for me, this is so disappointment
