It says the app needs access to my Contacts for "fraud prevention, security, and analytics." Does it REALLY need to have access to my phone's contact list for those? Sounds fishy to me and is overstepping my right to privacy. Having access to my device location should be enough. Uninstalling the app now.

A relationship manager called me to explain the issue regarding my deposit and assured me for a fix. I'm giving this bank a chance since their time deposit rate is attractive. Their in-app customer service response time is slow but helpful, at least the chat doesn't automatically disconnect you so you can wait for their response even out of the app. Also I hope they provide Instapay and Pesonet transfers to other banks soon, that is a big factor when choosing a digital bank.

Very bad user interface. It's confusing. It's preventing you or making it hard to do advance payments. I made a custom amount payment which it larger than minimum payment, now going back to pay more is not possible because the minimum amount is already paid. I guess this is intentional. I will pay this fully and delete this app! Also interest charge for missed due date is ridiculous, don't even try.
