Very bad user interface. It's confusing. It's preventing you or making it hard to do advance payments. I made a custom amount payment which it larger than minimum payment, now going back to pay more is not possible because the minimum amount is already paid. I guess this is intentional. I will pay this fully and delete this app! Also interest charge for missed due date is ridiculous, don't even try.

A relationship manager called me to explain the issue regarding my deposit and assured me for a fix. I'm giving this bank a chance since their time deposit rate is attractive. Their in-app customer service response time is slow but helpful, at least the chat doesn't automatically disconnect you so you can wait for their response even out of the app. Also I hope they provide Instapay and Pesonet transfers to other banks soon, that is a big factor when choosing a digital bank.

Please know that we’re actively working on improving the Salmon app to make deposits easier and fully digital. I am very disappointed with the Salmon app. My mother fully paid her loan in about 5 months, even though the sales lady originally mentioned 6 months. Despite this, the app keeps sending messages saying she still has a due date. This is frustrating and unfair. Please fix this system bug, as it seems to ignore completed payments or wrongly asks for more even when the loan has already been settled.
