Very disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to apply for the MySSS Card through DiskarTech, but the ID and selfie verification has been stuck on “Uploading” for 3 days. After waiting for several minutes, it takes me back to OTP verification, so I have to repeat the whole process again. I’ve already tried multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. What’s even more frustrating is that the support replies are only automated, with no clear assistance or solution to the problem.

The app keeps asking me to verify my identity in order to upgrade my account, but I keep receiving an error message. I’ve tried multiple different IDs, and all of them were rejected with a message saying there’s an issue with the verification. I’ve also tried to contact support, but there’s no phone number available, the chat is always offline, and the emails I’ve sent have gone unanswered.

I've been trying to coordinate my phone number as I no longer use it. it's been months yet still no updates, can't even pass through the automated system. this is frustrating, no phone number to call, no socmeds to reach to, the chat support is always "offline". remember, this is connected to our SSS!!! This is very frustrating.
