After more than 30 banking days, I haven't received any proper resolution after reporting a scam transaction which involved payment to another Seabank account. They always reply that it is still under "investigation" though I doubt they are really doing something about it especially since the transaction is just from one Seabank account to another. Update: Complaint was filed on January 25 and the update was on July 7. No resolution. I wonder what they were trying to do for the past few months.

A competitive bank, indeed. I've had this for some time, and the experience has always been consistently good. I've never encountered typical downtimes and errors. Whatever it is doing, keep it up because you doing a damn great job.

The user experience has been great so far. I hope the app quality and services remain the same when they have more subscribers. You see, free transfers are one of the greatest benefits this bank can offer so far. My silent wish is for them to upgrade by offering physical debit/credit cards and loans, as long as they can offer small interest rates.
