I heard about SeaBank through Shopee and decided to try it. I love the clean, simple interface. It works smoothly, even with developer options on, which is a big plus since the blue app forces you to disable it. Fund transfers are easy. The only downside is the fee for international transactions, but overall, I’d still consider using SeaBank more. Highly recommended!

The level of service I've experienced with this bank has been incredibly frustrating. Support is painfully slow, vague, and unhelpful, with delays in responses and resolution taking weeks. I had to chase updates constantly, causing major inconvenience. The lack of urgency and accountability is disappointing. Banking requires reliability and promptness—this bank has fallen short on both fronts. I expected much better and, unfortunately, will be reconsidering where I keep my finances.

Please add an option to download transaction receipts when paying bills. The only option showing after paying a bill is "share" which you may use to somehow download the receipt but it takes too many steps and is not a straightforward process. Please add a separate "download" button instead.
