I've just downloaded the app again after deleting it by accident. the problem I encountered, though I have tried several times to enter already pressing on the option to reset my password. getting several OTP's to get it over with, but whenever I get to the next process, I get booted out then start at the beginning, telling me the app is unresponsive. if there is anyone who can point me in the right direction I'm asking for your suggestions.

Very disappointing experience. My new account was locked because their system failed to verify my facial recognition. I called the paid hotline twice and waited a long time, only to be told to wait 24 hours, then 3 days. I’m travelling overseas, yet they offered no solution. Now they want to close my account even though I deposited money through ShopeePay. I can’t access my money. This feels like pure theft—being locked out due to their system’s failure.

Unreliable banking service. Seems great at the start, but when you start relying on it they start suspending accounts (requiring complex documentation), and for me (a long time customer) they closed my account without no notice even though I previously met with compliance, and my balance difficult to recover and having to raise complaints (when you can't access the helpline). So whatever you do... expect a sketchy service and inaccessibility issues. Not a service the country deserves.
