Can never even get this app to even open, constantly saying I'm unable to connect whether I'm on Wifi or Data or someone's Hotspot, clearing cache, force stopping, turning off the wifi/data, turning on airplane mode. I have to delete and re-install the app every time just to access my account. And when I do get to open it, it constantly crashes. Waited so long just to register for convenience but it has been nothing but inconvenient.

I'm not getting any Authentication codes and I have been dealing with this error since last night. I just put funds into my account and was about to use/send it to my friend due to an emergency. but ever since its been asking for an authentication code, I have never received any, not once since I've last night. Tried uninstalling and installing the app and yet the same problem pops up and no change at all has happened. This is hard for me especially since I've been using the app for a long time.

There are a lot of errors, especially when I tried to log into my account and the OTP took so long to send. I tried to force close the app, restart my phone, find a good signal, yet it's still delayed. Help center has no use. I sometimes wait for a few minutes without resending the OTP, but when I do, It sends so many OTP to every time I put one of them. It just says, "Wrong OTP." I hope this gets to be fixed because this app is connected to money.
