Getting a lot of issues for this month, getting a lot of errors and transactions are getting delayed. This app really sucks! getting an error for TRW 7, first you can't login, exhausted all the steps to troubleshoot but still can't login, removed some of my application but still can't work. Did connect with wifi, data still can't access. Gcash is no longer work safe for money. Very alarming. Whoever creates all the unnecessary authentication, they were making things worst ever.

I've found GCash to be quite cluttered, with a slow and often unresponsive interface. The frequent crashes and the ADS make the experience even more frustrating. The app also stops functioning when it detects that developer options are enabled, which feels like an unnecessary hindrance. It shows how flawed their security is if they genuinely rely on this, plus it inconveniences users like me with a legitimate need for developer settings. I've switched to Maya. It's a lot cleaner.

Made 2 transactions today. One was sent successfully, and one lead to inbox errors and my money is still floating. I tried contacting customer support, and applying for a ticket. I kid you not, their bot assitant Gigi is the most useless thing when it comes to suggesting solutions. I gave a very clear and concise prompt, and yet it suggested something very different from my case. Please be responsive to your customers, and stop relying on your bot.
