As for the app, it's generally easy to use. As for loan products, the interest is a bit onerous but we are better off asking for a loan from it than asking from "anybody that we believe we can depend" during emergencies. By now, I give my 4-Star for its service, someday, somehow, it might revisit its loan's interest rate to make it lighter, and that a 5-Star may follow. 😁

Started to be very convenient that i can transact easily anytime, anywhere. BUT... as time goes by, there are changes that are disappointing. One is that they now charge for a TOP-UP/Cash in. And for 30 pesos!!?? That's higher than any bank. Why would Tonik charge for a cash in, when there is no other way that we can top up our acct but thru online? All they can say is that it was the bank that is charging, they won't even negotiate. Withdrawing my acct if this issue does not get resolved.

You can still cash-in for free from CIMB, SeaBank, and KOMO for free using PESONet? They currently don’t have fees using PESONet. Super appreciate your patience, hun. XOXO

First experiece loaning was really good. I cannot say this second time around. No late payment, paid ahead and when I applied again, got rejected. Probably because their agents are calling me on a weekend which is the only time I have for rest. Edit: Got a response saying depending on the documents submitted. I actually sent the same documents showing higher income. 🤸
