It’s extremely frustrating. The app worked perfectly on my laptop, but after installing it on mobile, I keep getting login issues and “An unexpected error has occurred.” I’ve tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, and restarting my phone, but nothing works. If the app isn’t compatible , why release it? Please fix these issues.

I've been using LinkedIn for many years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. My account was suddenly restricted due to a suspected security issue. After completing the required identity verification, my account was restored. However, the very next day, it was restricted again for the same reason, leaving me completely locked out on both my mobile app and laptop. The worst part is that there is no clear explanation, and the support process is slow and repetitive.

From the last 3 days, I’m unable to access my LinkedIn account because of the 2-step verification. My LinkedIn app was suddenly signed out, and now when I try to log in on the desktop, it asks me to approve the login through the LinkedIn app. However, the app is already signed out, so I cannot approve it. I’m now also getting a “Too many attempts” message. Please help me recover access to my account and resolve the 2-step verification issue.
