I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this application. They collect a lot of your personal information and documents, but their service is extremely disappointing. You select a committee slot according to your needs, and later they can change it, defeating the whole purpose of selecting a slot. On a PKR 200,000 committee, they charge around PKR 30,000, which is extremely high. Even after paying such heavy charges, you may not get the committee according to the timing you selected.

This app is terrible. First, they say you can choose when you get paid, but later someone else decides. Second, they ask for too many papers like bank statements and bills, which is a lot of work. It's not fair. Third, they wasted my time because the app is not helpful. They should only need a simple ID and picture for verification. Overall, it's a bad and useless app. pathetic service!!

Previously, i had given 5 stars for service and 4 stars for the app. Their service quality decreasing day by day. And it's really hard to get a committee number of your own choice. As they say its According to their policy. Which you can not find on the app. With an increase in fees, it's almost like getting a loan on interest, which keeps rejecting. Now i don't recommend oraan to anyone.
