I transferred some amount from another bank’s app, and the payment was successfully initiated. However, after logging into your app, the main home icon is not visible, and the transferred amount is also not showing in my account. This issue has been occurring for the last 5–6 hours. Kindly check and resolve this matter at the earliest, as the amount has been debited from the other bank.

Horrible experience! it doesn't work when needed. Also faced embarrassment 2 times while paying bill in a restaurant because my app was not opening. No matter how much fast and good internet you have it always show connection problems. Its just make u struggle more while doing simple transaction. You cannot rely on this app completely when it comes to make payments in public beacuse there's a 100% chance it will show not working at the moment. Total embarrassment!

The app is great, but I only have one problem after 12 AM .i can not receive any payment as it would not show up in my current balance. I once sold my car, and the purchaser transferred the payment at 1AM. and when I saw the balance, the balance was not updated, and I and the sender were very much afraid... then the balance showed up after 5 AM. However, this is not the case with my meezan app as I can receive payment at any time, and it would reflect. DEAR MCB TEAM PLZ DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
