I transferred some amount from another bank’s app, and the payment was successfully initiated. However, after logging into your app, the main home icon is not visible, and the transferred amount is also not showing in my account. This issue has been occurring for the last 5–6 hours. Kindly check and resolve this matter at the earliest, as the amount has been debited from the other bank.

They really need to take this more seriously and hire professional developers. The login system has no proper error handling. I’m trying to sign in with the correct credentials, and after multiple attempts it just reloads the login screen with no message or explanation. There’s no error feedback at all, which makes it impossible to know what’s going wrong.
