Horrible Impossible to register I did go to local branch they could not get help ask me to call a number on debit card which I did they could not help me either. I don't understand how this bank is functioning they have made everything rocket science for their customers. I have entered correct date of birth which I checked in their records but it kept on saying wrong date of birth. I gave up on it. Not worth to have an account with them.

Once, I transferred money from another bank to my MCB account. Later, when I went to a fuel station and tried to pay using my ATM card, the POS machine showed an insufficient balance. When I checked my MCB app, the transferred amount had not been credited, even though it had already been deducted from my previous bank account. It was a very embarrassing situation and caused significant inconvenience.I am wondering if this app has still 4.6 rating

Excellent banking app! The MCB app is fast, secure, and very easy to use. I can transfer funds, pay bills, and check my account anytime without any hassle. The interface is user-friendly, and transactions are processed smoothly. It has made managing my finances much more convenient. Highly recommended!
