Horrible Impossible to register I did go to local branch they could not get help ask me to call a number on debit card which I did they could not help me either. I don't understand how this bank is functioning they have made everything rocket science for their customers. I have entered correct date of birth which I checked in their records but it kept on saying wrong date of birth. I gave up on it. Not worth to have an account with them.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. It frequently fails to open, crashes, or gets stuck on the loading screen. A banking app should be reliable, but this one wastes a lot of time and creates unnecessary stress when you need to access your account. Please fix the stability and performance issues instead of releasing an app that doesn't work consistently.

When there was no balance in the account, the app used to open immediately. Now that money has been credited, it hasn't opened for the last three hours. My internet connection is fine. I've cleared the cache, restarted my phone, and even freed up a lot of storage, but it's still not opening. All my other banking apps and other apps are working perfectly. I need to make an urgent transaction. The MCB Live app just won't open. What a terrible ..
