Very poor and worst app keeps updating every day, when we open this cheap app suddenly or in an emergency, first it shows a blank interface screen, after that nothing is visible on the screen for a long time, do whatever you want, no option is visible, then when the option is visible, no transaction happens, like today is Sunday, May 3, I want to send money home in an emergency, I have been trying since 7 am, the app is not running, no option is showing, just a blank screen is visible.

App requires notification access or else it won't work. MCB sends all sorts of spam promotions in notifications. This is unnecessary and just annoying. Further app often stops working and gets stuck on a white screen on login when you need it. Other banking apps like meezan and even easypaisa or sadapay etc. offer much more reliable service. I don't understand what the heck is the problem with mcb.

Such a pathetic app. Trying to open it since morning but it won't open up. And every other day you get a message that the app needs maintenance, but in actual nothing gets maintained. It always works slow, always and always, compared to other apps like Meezan- which is really fast and a very good app. But MCB Bank will make you angry, you'll get frustrated, and it will take an eternity for a simple transaction. Pathetic, pathetic app.
