Ratings and reviews

The app is not working properly. I have finished a course and it won't allow me to download the certificate. It says I haven't seen all the videos, even though they all had a tick. I saw that the status of two went 'unseen', so I started rewatching them. Then suddenly many other randomly went to 'unseen' status, even though I watched many twice. This randomness makes me think that the app has an important bug. I will not consider subscribing and paying for something that is not working well.

I have had this app for about a week and have already had a few issues with course completion that I have never had with a desktop browser. Two courses I fully completed in the mobile app showed partial completion when I looked at them later on a desktop browser to download the certificates. Another didn't show up in my learning history at all. I have had no mobile network or Wi-Fi connection issues.

I think, it's a stupid app because you don't know which course is free or under subscription plan. contact support team sometimes impossible and the live chat is awful, you can't even type when you want. support team is so slow, you have to wait too much, you can't check or control subscription plans inside the app, i don't recommend this app. So stupid.
