Ratings and reviews

App crashes and restarts with the newest versions when trying to Playback recordings. ("Program exception. The mobile client is about to restart"). Used to work just fine a couple of months ago. I fail to understand how developers can write software that doesn't properly capture exceptions of any sort and that consider an app restart a proper exception handler.

This review is mainly about the cameras. Siren and light cameras go off at the most random times despite being armed "silently" - or even while disarmed. As I type this, the blue & red lights are going off outside my window despite the camera being disarmed & nobody/nothing in the garden to set it off. Also, the night lights are on all night instead of only if there is motion. Then, tried to view footage from a few days ago, & the app just hangs. What's the point then. Fat waste of money.

Since a while now the app crashes whenever i try to open a notification, usually the error is something like "the app does not support split screen" ...well thats cool, but i did not ask and i wasn't using split screen. i am just trying to open a simple notification in the app. Later Edit: after a few months from the initial review, the error still persists. You receive notifications but you can not click on them to open the app, you get the error mentioned above. Switching from 2 stars to 1.
