purchased Monkey PLUS for ₹504, but after purchasing, my account showed “Preferences Locked due to an account violation.” I couldn't use the feature I paid for, and the app asked me to pay additional M coins to unlock it. I contacted Monkey Support, but my issue has still not been resolved. I also requested a refund through Google Play. I paid for the subscription expecting the advertised features to work. Very disappointing experience

its bad, if you run out of time or just have a simple ad break, you have to wait like an hour for an repeating ad to finish just for the app to glitch or not give you the free time, waste of time.

Well it's asking for Unnecessary Amount and after getting subscribed application doesn't work as commited I have lost My 504 Rupees for Monkey subscription and failure of matches I would expect a refund of the paid amount since the application doesn't work as committed also there are no matches and for Fre coins to watch ads the ads doesn't get load
