Ratings and reviews

Limited menu for regular user, that doesn't cover what the customers need. "Secret" menu only available for typing centers. The only way to resolve these kind of problems by the customer is to use a typing center or other "typing companies". This app is supposed to be helping regular customers to not depend on typing centers and can do the needed services online, to save time and money. But this app is doing the opposite. Very confusing to use and disappointing service.

I am unable to register under the Register Arrivals section. I can't even complete the first required field, current nationality. When I tap on the field, a drop-down menu opens, or what seems to supposed to be a drop-down menu. However, from this point the app is totally dysfunctional. It says Select nationality and there is nothing to select from, but also, entering data is not possible. There are no choices in the drop-down menu, the menu is completely blank, and the search function within the drop-down menu also does not work. Basically, I simply have no way to complete the field. Completely stuck at step one with no options left. Tried the app on 2 different phones to eliminate phone model as error factor. Exact same problem on both phones. Please advise.

Thanks to this app, I was able to update my personal mobile number smoothly and free of charge. Now my records are fully updated and secure under my own number.
