Use pCloud Encryption as the vault for your passwords, financial reports or other sensitive documents. The files you upload to the Crypto folder will be protected with client-side encryption. This means that they will be encrypted before they get uploaded to pCloud. With pCloud's zero-knowledge privacy policy we, as a service provider, will not know what kind of data you store in the Crypto folder.

Ratings and reviews

I was happy before but they made it much worse. The desktop version of the app has now a terrible login system that just keeps me logged out at all time. I tried contacting the support, but didn't hear back from them. I can only use the mobile version and browsers, which is very limiting edit: 6 months later still no reply from their support. mobile app is buggy as well. I took the decision to transition to other cloud storage services

I was really hoping this could be my replacement of Dropbox. I've been evaluating it with a free account since late June and there are so many sync issues that I will now look for another service. On several occasions I've uploaded pictures from my phone which won't sync to pCloud on my PC. I was planning on buying a lifetime 500 gb but because of how poorly sync is implemented I won't. I like your concept, but absolutely perfect sync is crucial to me.

I started using pCloud several months ago, and I am more and more missing some features from other clouds like: photo albums; file tags; good migration tool to help me move from previous cloud and keep my albums and tags; text search in pictures; clear access to my offline files on my Android devices, so I can open listen or see my files in my favourite app instead of pCloud – like it is possible on Windows… It looks like I will go back to previous cloud.
