It was the best translator until they updated it with a totally different interface. Copy text isn't working as before. Now, you need to go to the share page to be able to copy. Can't change the text after translating. You'll need tonwrite thenwhole thing again. Pinyin (for chinese and i guess other languages) disappeared. You only get one translation and no other suggestions for words, which can have more than one translation. It became a useless tranlation app.

was good previously but with the new update, it is terrible. Does not have hiragana read outs and does not provide other potential phrases for use like in the previous version. Worst is now it does not listen to the voice for translation as well as previously. Often not hearing or translating inaccurately. Give us the old app version back and stop doing things that do not matter.

This app's conversation function was amazing, especially in school settings with so many languages in one classroom. I have a friend that speak Egyptian Arabic and it translated the context very well while it also translated to Russian and Spanish and Dutch at the same time. Unfortunately the conversation function no longer works. It's writes it all in English. I saw many complaints from educators with no response from Microsoft. It's super disappointing it's not supported anymore.
