Helped me a lot getting started without over stressing my joints and ligaments. After a couple of failed freestyle starts of getting into jogging, the programs taught me to not over do my early runs. The program eases you into the rhythm through multiple intervals of walking and running, which helps your body to adapt gradually to the strain of prolonged runs. You do still have to listen to your body to judge when you are adequately recovered for your next run, but the app is a useful tool.

This is a much easier program to progress on than the standard C25k apps, and has 4 progressive programs up to 60 minutes for the price. I highly recommend it! My only gripe is that you can't see the makeup of the runs in the future (but then I was able to download from their website anyway).
