Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

Workout Plans
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

📅 Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
📣 Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
📱 Lock screen notification so you don't need to unlock your phone to check your progress
🚫 No ads! Ads are no fun, so Just Run has no ads!
🎵 Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt

I really enjoy this app. It's simple to use , doesn't take up too much resources, doesn't require any crazy permissions. It does a good job announcing when you've completed half of your run and when to start cooling down. One thing that might make it slightly better, if there were a way to announce during your run how much time you have completed, like every 15 minutes or so. Overall a great running app!

Great app. Does exactly what it says it does and nothing more. You get total functionality with the free version, but I upgraded because it's just a few bucks and so rare to find a great app that works and doesn't ask for intrusive permissions. I love the halfway point warning, and the workouts are just challenging enough without being overwhelming.

This app is exactly what I wanted. It alerts you to run, walk, or cool down at the appropriate time while allowing you to choose separate audio. There is no coaching and there are no audio advertisements. It has an easy-to-follow, effective plan to go from not running to regularly running.

What's new

🔊 Two new Premium trainer voices to choose from, 🇦🇺 Charlotte and 🇨🇦 Owen. They replace Sophie and Dan, with higher quality recordings. I've really enjoyed testing these new trainers while going running, I hope you like them too!
