Good except... Does not allow you to cancel order in app. This is a major flaw in my opinion. Other apps like McDonald's does this too. It is very annoying. I could see if it was a matter of the food already being made, but that is not the case. I work in food service myself and have canceled orders that have already been made and paid for. Things happen, and a customer should not have to pay for something they can't receive.

It's shocking how pathetic this app is today. The basic requirement of a restaurant app, after adding food to the cart, is to be able to...checkout. That was not possible today. Delivery or pickup, neither worked. App or website, no luck. Just "an operation timed out" error. Every time. Thanks for wasting my time this evening! The whole point of an app is to make it easy on the customer, and you failed miserably today. I ended up getting Subway, which actually works in the app. Do better.

There's a bug in the payment system. I tried to make an order through the app with my card and it was charged about 4 different times. I was reimbursed 2 other times but I'm still missing 1 other reimbursement. The only way I got my order through, was through Google Pay. Do Not use your card through their system. Use Google Pay.
