• Open an e-Savings account and apply for mobile banking services in the app


For customers with a Bangkok Bank account
• Download the application and apply with your Bangkok Bank deposit account, debit card or credit card.
• Visit any Bangkok Bank ATM or branch to get a temporary PIN to log in to the application.

Ratings and reviews

Updated the application and can no longer punch the pass code. Can't even access the setting menu to set up the biometrics. After several attempts to restart the app, still not working. I can't even transfer the money at this point. Do I need to travel to the bank for all my transactions now? There have been many minor errors along the way, but this one just stole the show.

Upon opening, it refuses to do transactions until updating. So I have to stand there like a fool while the merchant waits for my app to update. No option to update later, and it was already recently updated. Another small issue is that sometimes app doesn't open unless I press the icon several times. Overall though, it works great, and I find it very convenient. A request - it would be great if I could also pay for electric and water utilities, as some other banking apps are able.

This is the worst App I ever came across, there are bugs everywhere and it did not update. Had to reinstall the App and go through the registering process again. The old version interface wasn't that good but at least it was functioning. The new version lags, has endless bugs and crashes even on a high end phone with decent hardware. I would give it ZERO stars if that was possible. Additional comment after recent update (March 2021); Congratulations ! You did it again; Worst App I ever used !
