App won't allow me to access my account. After being on hold for an hour with customer support number it provided, I was told to go to the bank to verify the same phone number I had registered for 3 years. I was never notified or informed of this policy change to prepare at all. At time of writing, I am one of many who are sitting and waiting to fix the same BS frustration. What's the point of having all digital transactions with QR codes, if the stupid system can go down?

This is one of the worst banks when it comes to security they do it all wrong. They disable the ability to paste a password into the login screen thereby forcing the customer to use an easily memorized password. I use an app like last pass to store all random generated passwords so for me this app is worthless. Best to log in via the website.

Very poor design means scanning and paying takes twice as many steps as necessary. Why do I need to enter my pin twice within 10 seconds to pay? Why doesn't it automatically redirect to pin page instead of make you click 'Ok' first? There are no other options that 'Ok' screen shouldn't exist. Why doesn't it always automatically open the QR scan page? That is 98% of the app's usage Would give 1 star but it at least consistently works so there is that
