App won't allow me to access my account. After being on hold for an hour with customer support number it provided, I was told to go to the bank to verify the same phone number I had registered for 3 years. I was never notified or informed of this policy change to prepare at all. At time of writing, I am one of many who are sitting and waiting to fix the same BS frustration. What's the point of having all digital transactions with QR codes, if the stupid system can go down?

It's really frustrating every time I open this app, it always appears on my screen that I have to turn off the Developer Option and USB debugging even though it's already turned off. Second, right after I turn off the dev option and debug even though it's off in the first place, I then face the problem that says that the app is being downloaded in an untrusted site even tho I downloaded it on Play Store and my phone is not rooted. Can anybody explain this or should I go to mobile healthcare?

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the SCB EASY face scanning system. Compared to other leading banking apps in Thailand (such as K PLUS or ttb), SCB's biometric engine is significantly slower, less reliable, and lacks the seamless user experience found elsewhere.
