App won't allow me to access my account. After being on hold for an hour with customer support number it provided, I was told to go to the bank to verify the same phone number I had registered for 3 years. I was never notified or informed of this policy change to prepare at all. At time of writing, I am one of many who are sitting and waiting to fix the same BS frustration. What's the point of having all digital transactions with QR codes, if the stupid system can go down?

Often have problem on QR scan to pay function lately, fail most of the time when upload the QR from photo with msg said the QR isn't at the center. Even I cropped it and put at the center of image. This never happen earlier with the same QR. The app should be more flexible to handle the QR code in image as before.

Crashes often, and at the most inconvenient times. UI sucks. The devs need to be fired.
