App won't allow me to access my account. After being on hold for an hour with customer support number it provided, I was told to go to the bank to verify the same phone number I had registered for 3 years. I was never notified or informed of this policy change to prepare at all. At time of writing, I am one of many who are sitting and waiting to fix the same BS frustration. What's the point of having all digital transactions with QR codes, if the stupid system can go down?

This is one of the worst banks when it comes to security they do it all wrong. They disable the ability to paste a password into the login screen thereby forcing the customer to use an easily memorized password. I use an app like last pass to store all random generated passwords so for me this app is worthless. Best to log in via the website.

Transfer transaction history is not showing. Thats a very useful feature for paying recurring payments. Im only giving 3 stars instead of 1 star for the times it worked before. Thats the one useful feature that separated this app from other bank apps.
