1! I have my address saved in the app, which I select for delivery, but for some reason during the delivery process it resets and they always deliver to the neighboring building. This happens because the address is set only by the street name, not the specific building number. 2! Even if you change the language, it only changes on the main page — all other pages like Profile, Notifications, Coupons and others still remain in Thai. Please make a proper full translation for the entire app.

few major issues in the application 1)I schedule delivery for later, but it ends by showing delivery now. 2)when you need to cancel a delivery, it's impossible to do it online. 3) if the app picks the wrong location for delivery, it's impossible to change the delivery address 4) once you make an order, it's impossible to contact online the store without calling, which is not convenient and many times nobody picks the phone if you call. the review describe clearly what are the problems to fix

From August until today (September 2), this 7Delivery app keeps erroring, especially in the mornings. Sometimes it’s down for over 3 hours , basically making it impossible to order breakfast. Same problem, every day. by phone whenever problems occurred, in August by phone and email, and again today by email — but nothing improved. Ironically, as soon as I posted this 1-star review, the app finally worked and support responded. Frequent morning downtime makes this frustrating so 1 ⭐
