1! I have my address saved in the app, which I select for delivery, but for some reason during the delivery process it resets and they always deliver to the neighboring building. This happens because the address is set only by the street name, not the specific building number. 2! Even if you change the language, it only changes on the main page — all other pages like Profile, Notifications, Coupons and others still remain in Thai. Please make a proper full translation for the entire app.

The “order and pick up at store” feature is very useful. I use it a lot. But the “Buy 2, Pay for 1” KUDSAN drink promo doesn't work correctly if you buy more than 2 drinks at only 2 different prices—for example, 2 drinks at 50 baht and 2 drinks at 45 baht. You will be overcharged (100 baht). Worse, the app shows the correct price throughout the process before increasing it at the last step. Very misleading. Hope this gets fixed.

few major issues in the application 1)I schedule delivery for later, but it ends by showing delivery now. 2)when you need to cancel a delivery, it's impossible to do it online. 3) if the app picks the wrong location for delivery, it's impossible to change the delivery address 4) once you make an order, it's impossible to contact online the store without calling, which is not convenient and many times nobody picks the phone if you call. the review describe clearly what are the problems to fix
