It used to work well when I used it in China last year. Now it's utterly rubbish. It does not work at all in Indonesia and when I contacted the helpdesk, they told me to pay extra for the premium package because whatever I was automatically assigned to on the standard package was congested!!! The audacity. They also went AWOL after U asked for a refund. Now I'm using another VPN for free and it works much much better.

Used Let’sVPN for less than a week on a monthly plan before getting cut off mid-call. It claimed my account expired, but turns out it was suspended for “abnormal behavior” likely due to high network usage. No warning, no notice, no way to know this was a problem. I’ve used many VPNs in China and never had this issue. Completely unreliable and unfair, especially when you depend on it to stay connected. Not recommended.

At first, it was super stable and fast. Their slogan is the VPN that always connects, however this year in April it never connected and to date I still can't use it. They say the problems have been fixed and to update but via the app and Google play there is no option to update the app and therefore I am unable to use it.
