Anyone can download the Microsoft 365 App for free. Access and save documents to the cloud by connecting a Microsoft Account (for OneDrive or SharePoint) or by connecting to a third-party cloud storage provider. Logging in with a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account connected to a Microsoft 365 subscription will unlock premium features within the app.

The UI/UX is horrible. I somehow can't edit my own files despite paying for Microsoft 365. When opening Word document, the stupid dictate keyboard is blocking the text and can't be disabled. Please take a course on UI design before working for a multi-billion dollar company. There is a toolbar right below the damn button! Also, if I want to use dictate keyboard, I will *USE* a dictate keyboard. The "Welcome Back!" Prompt also never fade away, blocking the text area even more.

Until now: not a good application, but acceptable. Since last update: horror. [1] Launch time very long. [2] Asking to open an Excel WB: application doesn't open it but creates a new empty WB with it’s name plus a number. For each attempt a new file is created on your storage space. It's a mess. [3] The back arrow only leads to a OneDrive window (with a mysterious and stupid “For you”). Cannot access the desired storage space Result: Application use and opening WB impossible. Shameful, ridicul
