The principal loan amount Processing fee Disbursement amount | proceeded with the entire verification and documentation process, expecting the loan to be disbursed. However, at the final stage of disbursement, the app again showed the message: "Try after 180 days" — despite the fact that | have already waited over 180 days. This kind of inconsistent and misleading behavior from your platform is extremely disappointing.

The app was not working properly. While logging into the app it stopped automatically. Now I didn't even get OTP to login. I already paid my loan but I can't access the App. I already dropped an email as well till now I didn't get any response. Application still not working.
