Can't edit reservations and customer service won't reimburse when you accidentally hit pm instead of am and don't realize it until after the reservation started. I have 3 reservations on my app, 2 are completed and I can't figure out how to get them off the screen. I have to scroll through them to get to the right one. It's frustrating because I travel a lot. Reservations help keep my account straight, but causes confusion trying to find the right one.

I tried using the app to make a reservation, but when I go to add my award points for a free day of parking, it doesn't take off the money. Then, I went to the website and it took the points, but when I go to hit the continue button after entering in my payment info it doesn't go to the next page. I tried to use the chat on the website, but the automated system said it wasn't within the hours to speak with an agent. Weird, since it was 2 in the afternoon when I tried chatting with them. Fix this

Fantastic place to park in Phoenix. Great rates compared to main parking at the airport. I wasn't able to book online during my last trip since their system was giving weird errors but the guy at the main desk gave me a note to give to them when I returned. They gave me the same discount as I would have if I booked online. Thanks for the great customer service!
