Worst app ever, currently. When I first downloaded it and signed up it worked just fine. Just like it was supposed to. Now, I cannot log in. All it does is make me click on photos of motorcycles, cars, crosswalks over and over and over again. It will not let me log in. This is a huge waste of time and completely pointless! It needs to be fixed right now

it works as it should. if you fly more than once or twice a year id say you need the app at least for flight tracking and changes, its also nice that I can easily input a friend or partners flight info into my app to track the flight or make changes for them, since I have to travel around on ak air for work frequently the app is very easy for me to use.

Might be the most frustrating app EVER. I might never fly this airline again just on principle because this app is so horrible. It shows my upcoming trip but won't let me log in to my account. Tried account number, user id and password reset. The browser login works fine, the app doesn't. I enter all my login info, I'm not a robot, click login and it clears everything and stays on the login page. Get it together Alaska Airlines!

General bug fixes and performance improvements. You can personalize your experience by choosing an Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines look and feel. You can do this by selecting Brand experience in the More menu.
