Worst app ever, currently. When I first downloaded it and signed up it worked just fine. Just like it was supposed to. Now, I cannot log in. All it does is make me click on photos of motorcycles, cars, crosswalks over and over and over again. It will not let me log in. This is a huge waste of time and completely pointless! It needs to be fixed right now

login stopped working a few weeks back, no matter what I do I get the turbulence error...I've tried every troubleshooting step I could find online, no way to ask for support without working login. I had to have them print me a paper boarding pass at the airport. I love flying Alaska but if I can't check in and get a boarding pass or book flights then they are basically chasing customers away with these bugs.

Occasionally useful, but very buggy and slow. Seems to prioritize loading ads over useful content. Currently sitting in an airport abroad unable to view my Atmos rewards account information because that page completely does not load - no error message or loader, just completely blank. Logging in on the website is impossible because it requires an MFA code, and only supports SMS which I currently cannot receive because I'm abroad. Disappointing app, but probably about average for an airline.

General bug fixes and performance improvements. You can personalize your experience by choosing an Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines look and feel. You can do this by selecting Brand experience in the More menu.
