Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Slow, terrible customer service that pats themselves on the back for not solving your problem. Software that is not only not intuitive, it will not allow you to work with it to fit your needs as advertised. Multiple issues raised with support with little to no answer for 2 to 4 days which they call fast response. Paid for a year. Didn't even get training feedback until after the cancelation window. Have had it 17 days and they won't refund balance

There are 2 things which must be solved. The first is - you can't add yourself to a waiting list on your preferred class if you already registered for your second choice. This means one has to register for the waiting lists first, and only then confirm registration to available lessons. But there's another problem here, which is new: If you are already registered for your max no. of lessons, the app doesn't send you a message once a spot has become available in the class where you registered on the waiting list. And the third problem you have to solve: Allow for people to replace lessons. Which means, I won't have to cancel my registration on the first lesson and register for the more fitting time slot (hoping no one else will get this spot before me). Do it in one take. Instead of telling me "you have reached your max no of lessons for this week, tell me "choose the lesson you would like to replace" and allow me to do it in one take . Please.

The new update for the up has a super long interface, sometimes I can't even open it. If I successfully open it, and try to log in, I need to try several times until I can. I open the schedule, and the months started running wild, it arrived by itself untill 2024,so I decided to close it. A total waste of time
