If you forget your account details, don't expect to use this app ever again. I logged out and forgot which details I used (I usually use a throwaway for these to test out apps with accounts). No biggie, I can make a new account right? NOPE. I understand that it stops people from making multiple accounts and getting free food, but there is no other way of using the app if you forget your email.

Amazing, prompt customer live help. However, I didn't realise communication would be via email and wouldn't continue through the "live chat", so I was waiting for 15+ minutes in that screen! I'd suggest an automated message to direct your customer to check their email??? Also, when I requested a refund in accordance with Liven's 48 hour refund policy, I didn't realise that the refund would appear in the Rewards Balance Wallet rather than as a refund via the same method as payment was made.

It is a discount so good, but you have no idea how many times i ended up paying with money only because they make it do hard to understand how to use the reward... (or easy yo gorget to change it, every time you have to enable it)... Then they released the new version (20th April 2021) and they changed that again, looks like they want to amke it even harder to use the free reward 😒 not good.
