Not sure what's going on but their customer service is going downhill, it's so bad that it's similar to Jetstar. It's a problem because just like almost everything else in Australia, services are concentrated with just a few big companies so there are not many options out there. At least Virgin seems to be holding up more consistently.

I booked a ticket recently and am trying to get the itenary via email. An option is available to send the email from the app but it seems to be broken. Also it's not letting me in when I try login from the website. Calling customer care is taking a long time.. hope I get through soon. Update(28/8/24): customer care was able to email me my itenary. The issue with the app also seems to be fixed now. Great work team and thanks for the support!

It's pretty clunky and slow because it seems like it's mostly a front for the Quantas web site. It takes me minutes to get around the app on my phone's roaming Internet connection, if it works at all, to the point I've given up trying for the moment.
