Ratings and reviews

The app is unusable. The actual classifieds in any given search query are completely drowned out by ads. Wherever I set my location, the "in your neighbourhood" tab is wall to wall automated spam listings for car parts. Additionally, it has an irredeemably stupid feedback system: if you have a bad transaction, you can't rate it as such or the other party punish you by rating badly in return. No appeals, no recourse. As a result, everyone including the scammers get 5 stars or nothing at all.

The review system is not good as the system determines to which person the transaction was conducted,which is not always correct. there is sometimes a glitch when clicking on a notification object.

I've bought good things off this app, but it's very poorly designed compared to ebay for instance. It is not intuitive, or even possible sometimes, to leave a review for a buyer or seller. If someone agrees to buy something there is no guarantee within the app that obliges them to complete the transaction, as there is in ebay. The possibility to pay via PayPal should also be integrated into the app more systematically...

What’s new

We hebben een bug opgelost waardoor pushmeldingen voor nieuwe berichten bij sommige app-gebruikers niet goed doorkwamen. Pushmeldingen zouden nu weer normaal moeten werken. We begrijpen hoe belangrijk het is om snel te kunnen reageren op een deal. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.
