Вие сте просто ОТЧАЙВАЩО ЖАЛКИ. 🤮 So BAD that it could not even be WORSE... Not even a single effort to improve, only same nonsenses copied/pasted. Initial rate:Terrible experience - heavy and unresponsive application, difficult and unfriendly to users. Many useless options, constant agressive proposals for new services on-screen, while desired services either can not be reached, or do not function. Take and implement directly KBC Mobile App rather than this completely weird UBB thing.

After last weekend update, transactions are not shown until they are accounted. This is ridiculous! Who needs to know when you accout the money? As a client I want to know and see the money spent with the date on which I spent them, not the date you accounted them... For the last year or so the app is getting only worse and worse. Also changed UI is extreamly not user friendly and inconvenient to use. The old UI was much better than the current one. You shouldn't force users to use the new one.

2 stars cuz it's not a very friendly aplicattion. Its quite difficult to navigate and make sense of the presented options. Think ubb should be proactive in the improvement of the app , from all the bank applications I used it's by far the worse, only basic functions are covered. I'm considering to change bank mainly because of the online services or lack of them.
