keeps crashing... useless and now I can t access my account, even with pc since it needs or authenticator from the app... what a junk... reinstalled twice, same results.. I am basically locked out from my account.. after the Developers created an updated version in record time, i need to wait fofr the new activation letter... good idea would be to make them reusable multiple times, at least for the same device...

This app crashed within a second of opening! At the Lausanne branch they concluded something is wrong with the phone. We bought a new phone, transferred all and it still crashed! Uninstall - reinstall made no difference. The BCV app works fine, we need to move to BCV! PS: The developer response to this post shows that untested versions are irresponsibly published, wasting costumer's time and money.

I am not the latest version of the app and cannot access it since WEEKS. i am on the latest version available on Play Store. I get kicked out immediately after login, if I manage to even get that far. No longer acceptable to be honest
