BEWARE: 2 MONTHS MINIMUM! I just needed it as a tourist and the app makes it really hard to cancel your number because it very buggy, keeps crashing and logging you out and it only shows the option to cancel after you already paid for 2 months, so in the end I paid 4 months even though I just needed it for 10 days! Terrible idea if you're a tourist. Could be ok if you're a local but then again the app is unusable most of the time.

Dear Gaspard van Ko, we regret that you are not satisfied with swype. Please note that the minimum service duration of 60 days is one of the shortest in Switzerland and the tariff can be easy deactivated afterwards. As far as we know, you unfortunately haven’t contacted our support. That is why we couldn’t help with your concerns. Regards, swype

App won’t withdraw TWINT payment. SIM blocked for days. No response from support at all. If this isn’t fixed, I’ll report it to the Ombudsman. I checked all folders — inbox, spam, everything. There is no solution, just repeated instructions that don’t work. The app still won’t process TWINT payments, and my SIM has been blocked for days. I’m documenting everything and preparing to file a formal complaint with Ombudscom

Please check your inbox and spam folder and follow the steps provided. As far as we can see in the system it worked now and you have an active plan - happy to see!

Easy and simple. The chip arrived 1 day after I order it (the app does not give an estimate of time or option to track the chip). I introduced the chip in my phone after validating and it worked instantly (the internet had a 1-2 minutes delay until it started to work). The app is very simple and user friendly if you want to cancel the monthly subscription (you just swipe to cancel the next renewal or leave it being automatically renewed). I got 1 month for free as showed in the offer.
