I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I funded my account with ₦155,000 to book a flight, but every time I try to make the booking, I get an "insufficient balance" error — even though the full amount has already been credited to my account! This isn't just frustrating it's completely unacceptable, especially with urgent travel plans at stake. I reached out to Billpoint support on both WhatsApp and Instagram, and I've received no response whatsoever. It's like they don't care

can the app let reach customer service? It is a great app, but a little problem arises. I couldn't buy data above 50k . but I still gave you guys 5star for good work . please work on prompt customer services on the app

very useless app won't even let me verify my nin and every time I make a purchase it just hangs , and I'll have to report before I get refunded for an app that does everything this is pretty useless, and it won't even let me take out my money
