About this app

Our car rental platform provides the users with instant access to car rentals, by the hour or day. Joining is easy. Just download the app and start renting a wide variety of cars, from Toyota to Tesla. No Subscription is required. Insurance and roadside assistant are included.

The CarsNow app and software gives the consumer the option of renting a 2021 Toyota Camry or a 2020 Tesla Model 3 by the hour, day or week all through the convenience of their phone. Adding a user to the app requires a valid phone number, state ID, a credit card and an email.

Once the customer confirms the vehicle type by location using geo-tracking, and by availability, one can proceed to the vehicle. The software works seamlessly with the telematics with commands from the app. The commands are to unlock, enable and quit the session. If the customer commits to enable the vehicle, the vehicle becomes active for the allotted time. A customer has chance to cancel the block of time within the first 15 minutes of the rental at no charge. The customer also has the option of extending their time within the app.


Just bring the vehicle back to any of the dozen of approved parking sites and hubs, and CarsNow handles the rest.

Having a job in which I travel a lot isn't great for someone without a car. CarsNow is an amazing concept that allows you to rent for as little as an hour or as much as a week. And for a far better price than any major rental companies. There are multiple locations you can find cars at, and can go any time of day to rent one out. I had a bit of trouble with the app at first, but have always been pleased with the customer service when I have had to call. So glad I stumbled upon them!

We had no issues. You simply download the app. Upload your info. Make your reservation. Pick up your vehicle, and use your phones bluetooth and app to unlock the car. So simple. I called to confirm if anything was needed to return the vehicle and they were friendly and explained everything easily. Turning it back in was simple.

App closes constantly, & it gets annoying to have to stop everything, connect to the cars, Bluetooth then wait, request to unlock, only to have the app tell you there's an error prompting you to start again. Car was filthy, brown stains on all the seats even ceiling. App wouldn't work to extend rental. So I called customer service was a condescending, disrespectful prick. Locked us out stranding me & my young daughter. I was only 10 min late because I was on hold for 25.
