EDIT it just gets worse. They cancelled my ticket because they did not like my complaints. Original: Their customer service is beyond pathetic. They were not able to book me on the original train I tried to book. So they offered me an alternative time, which I accepted. But then they booked me on a train from a completely different station! When I pointed this out, there was radio silence for TWO WEEKS. At which point they said, basically, "we don't care, take it or leave it".

Edit: Credit where due, after a drawn-out email exchange, I finally received a full refund for a ferry and bus journey repeatedly "cancelled" (they later claimed it wasn't) by the operator. (I provided extensive evidence.) Frustrating app; escalation needed if anything goes wrong - don't expect refunds for service cancellations (despite any level of proof you provide).

Bought tickets and was provided the wrong information and missed the bus. I provided all the evidence to 12go and they still did not refund my tickets. Also their customer service is terrible. There are plenty of other reliable companies available. Check out their trustpilot reviews and other sites before using this company. Be aware how bad they are.
