I tried to open an account with this app, took almost 20-25 mins to fill all the data, at documents upload page app crashed, then I re-launched app to continue it took me to starting page and when I again clicked on open account after taking my CNIC it said, this CNIC is already attached to an account. I called their customer service, and the lady there claimed you should not open an account through the app, but our website, now I've to waste my time again.

I just installed the app and now while trying to open the "Sahulat Sarmayakari Account" the email field is not responding to characters. When I type my email just the "." (dot) and "@" (at) symbols appear in the email field. Without filling email field I can't proceed further. I don't know what the issue is, so some help would be nice.

I’ve been using this platform since 2019, and it’s a very user-friendly app. I can easily monitor my fund performance on a daily basis. In the fund details section, the NAV, units, and gain/loss are updated every day. Online transactions such as investment, conversion, and redemption are extremely easy to perform. The app now also offers instant fund transfers — I can make up to four transactions of PKR 250,000 each per day. Additionally, bill payment and mobile top-up facilities are available.
