This app used to be my go to delivery app, and I hardly ever had an issue with orders. But recently, confirming takes forever, orders have been very late, online support has been non responsive, their support call lines are down a lot, and they seem to be inventing excuses as of late. The app itself is also very buggy, and takes forever to load. I really hope noknok pulls itself together before it becomes worse than Toters used to be.

went from 5 stars to 3 stars after the update. Simple, fast and easy to navigate turned into complicated, messy, and slow... The old UI was what gave noknok its identity. if you want to change it, at least try to stay true to the origin...

The app’s catalog may have expanded, but performance has gone downhill. I placed an order—no confirmation, no notification, no sign it went through. The driver’s ETA feature is gone. It’s ironic how they’re investing in big marketing campaigns and parties while the app itself continues to lag and lose its basic functions.
