I planned this trip two days in advance, yet there was no phone number available to contact anyone. Then, only 1.5 hours before the trip, they canceled my booking, claiming that the driver was at the drop-off location instead of the pickup location. This was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Poor communication, no reliable way to reach customer support, and a last-minute cancellation that completely ruined my plans. I would not recommend this service.

This app is terrible. You can't rate drivers, and you can't even see a driver's rating before you book a ride, so there's no way to avoid bad drivers. The drivers act like professional scammers. The fare ends up being higher than the price shown when you book, and when you ask the driver why it went up, they just say the app was only recently licensed, as if that somehow justifies charging more. It honestly feels like a scam. (Jordan)
