This entire app is bugged to no end. We need this for work and for some reason now the app doesn't work on the company device, only the phone. It never is properly connected to the system so when you temp something only 50% of your temps go through to the computer. We have had to start screenshotting all our temps on our phones and some of us don't even have smart phones so some days temps don't get down. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

I love getting in trouble for the app not working. I need this for work and the number of times I had to reinstall this app for it not to work is annoying. Not to mention getting in trouble because I can complete my task, because the app doesn't work nor does the probe for my phone. This app is soo buggie. I rather do my task on pen and paper. Im still waiting to hear back from the techs about getting the probe to work on Androids.

This app is garbage. Never connect the probe without error. Every time, it needs to start the device again.
