love this app! Has every feature I was looking for, and even more. helps me keep track of my supplements, reminds me to take them, makes recommendations that make sense! well it was good while it lasted, but now it doesn't open. tried uninstall and reinstall, all I get is the logo screen. it's been slowing down and freezing up last couple of weeks, now it's unusable. 😕

I have been using it for a month, and then it stopped working. I re installed the app, and it constantly asks me to upgrade to Pro, but I already have pro before the re install. it just loops in a vicious cycle. this needs to be addressed. it is un-usable like this 12/6/25 the app stopped working and hangs at the opening meme. there is no way to contact support. I have reinstalled several times with continued nonfunctionality. I have a paid subscription and can use it only on the website.

The app doesn't recognize most of my supplements, and they're not obscure ones. They want you to add the supplements to their database. In other words, they want you to improve their product, do their work for them, while still charging you for the service (if you want the advanced functionality) I tried to add one of my supplements to see how that works, but it didn't work. The app got hung up while trying to analyze the photo of the label. As well, I couldn't take the photo from within the app
