About this app

TelaWatch is a cutting-edge application that provides real-time information and monitors internet networks which use DOCSIS, GPON / Fiber, Switched or Enhanced Ethernet, WAN Routers and/or DSL / VDSL equipment. Currently qualified devices include the Cisco uBR7246VXR / uBR10012 / RFGW-1 / Time Creator 1000; CASA C40G / C100G plus Mikrotik Routers. Additional device support is being added on a regular basis.
TelaWatch monitors 24/7 for cable modem outages; upstream signal quality; temperature changes; upstream / downstream utilization; partial service bonding problems; component failures (such as the DTCC and QAM cards); fan status as well as uptime and connectivity. It also allows for instant remote viewing of all devices installed as well as a rolling log of all alarms issued. Alarms will be sent to the mobile device when any user-definable thresholds are met.
This is not a stand-alone app and does require some networking and engineering setup support, which Cablesight will provide. For any technical inquiries or questions, please contact us here:
