So far it's useless for me. I am not even able to sign up. It's showing an error of "select site", but no "site" is listed in the tab. The only option available is "cancel". It would have more convenient if a login option is also given in the website. So in phones where the app works they can use that option, and where it is not working they can try website. Now it looks like the only option for me is to visit hospital again!! High-tech with no use!!!

Usually this issue due to low internet speed ,as its need to load the sites .Kindly download the latest app from play store and check again with good internet connectivity. This app is currently not working properly on both Android and iOS devices. The app, which is a very useful tool for managing appointments, accessing paperless reports, and viewing prescriptions, has become unusable. I kindly request that you address these issues and release an update. Please ensure the app is fully functional on both operating systems before publishing the new version. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am a regular users of the app since its introduction. Highly useful app containing all the information regarding the services provided by various streams of doctors. Fixing an appointment is quite an easy job in a few clicks. The medical reports are immediately posted on the app with message conveyed to the user on time. And lastly, I have one suggestion regarding Profile Mapping. The title does not convey properly the underlying content and it should have been placed in the beginning itself
