Extremely disappointed with the service! My order wasn't visible in the order section, and I had to call multiple times (over 100 attempts!) just to get connected to a customer executive once. After that, the order was shipped without any further updates. Then, I received a notification about a network delay. The medicines were supposed to be delivered on August 15th, but they didn't arrive until August 18th. Unfortunately, this isn't an single incident -it is for most of the order I have placed

Worst app ever. They deliver wrong items and once the issue is raised the customer support is unsatisfactory. They just send mails but no reaction is taken at the end . Though I raised an issue due to the wrong product delivered, my issue was kept on hold and later it was ignored. I reached out to the customer service but it wasn't helpful at all. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory service.

The company's service quality has deteriorated, with consistent delays in delivery. These delays, which extend by one day repeatedly, necessitate the use of alternative app platforms for essential medication orders. Chat Support is automatic and useless. They haven't responded to my email over the last couple of days.
