This was my worst experience. I used this app for the first time, but I must say that your courier partner, Blue Dart, does not provide proper service. My order was scheduled for delivery yesterday, but there was no update regarding the delay. Today, the order was marked "Out for Delivery." However, the courier driver did not try to contact me and falsely reported that the address was incorrect, even though I had provided the complete address, including the landmark and marked location.

I ordered my medicine and ended up getting the wrong one, which is just not acceptable especially when it comes to health. On top of that, I had to keep chasing support for updates. It was such a painful experience. Apps like TrueMeds are way more transparent — if something isn’t available, they actually call you and cancel the order, instead of leaving you hanging. This whole experience has made it easy for me to decide — I won’t be using NetMeds again.

The tracking status never works. They do not update properly. I have to call the customer care frequently to get the real status and get the tracking id evey time. they also delay the delivery and never on time. they never show the right date of expected date of delivery. in the app, it always shows 'order on process' and never shows even it is out for delivery. I am so frustrated.
