Own Your Seasonal Allergies with the Pollen Wise App. Using a robust network of sensors around the country, Pollen Wise Provides up-to-date pollen counts to help users mitigate allergens and avoid seasonal allergy symptoms.

If you have asthma, hay fever or seasonal allergies, knowing what is in TODAY's air is more valuable than knowing what was in YESTERDAY's air. Unlike your current pollen report or app, Pollen Wise connects you with timely information from new pollen sensors. They create reports every few minutes for an hourly average. For the first time, this kind of information helps you make decisions about your exposure to pollen.

Ever-changing levels of pollen can make it difficult to know when you should go outside or when it's better to stay inside. For example, levels can spike on one day at 11 am, drop at 2 pm, then begin climbing again until 8 pm. On the following day those levels could be reversed, but you'd never know without the kind of details that Pollen Wise can provide you because your source for pollen information is based on predictions and yesterday's counts.

I've been using this allergy app for a while now, and it has been a game changer for managing my allergies. The user interface is intuitive, and the information provided is incredibly helpful. However, I would love to see a widget feature added in future updates. A widget would make it even easier to access important information at a glance without having to open the app each time. Overall, a fantastic app that just needs that little extra touch!

When compared to the state air quality indices for the day for my county, this app seems quite accurate for pollen, but extremely inaccurate for dust (red in the app, green in the state site). And the monitoring location shows as near, and the air looks visually good across the valley. (I'm on the mountain bench, so it's easy to see the smog level change.)

Sensor is far away, but I will test it out. I live in Jacksonville, Florida USA. It is the largest city in Florida. About 1,000,000.00 people with many colleges and universities. I'm not sure why there is not a closer sensor. App UI is awesome. Keep working on it. Has great potential. Will change to 5 Stars when there is a closer sensor and I thoroughly test the app.

What's new

more features in the app now lean on your allergen preferences! Manage your preferences from more -> Settings -> Allergen Preferences when signed into an account. In addition, various bug fixes and general polish have been applied to Pollen Wise.
