I'm really disappointed with your services. each time I transact I have to contact customer support for not being credited, the worst that happened to me today was that I sold MTN of 10,000 and I wasn't credited but the airtime was deducted, I was asked to screenshot the SMS for the deduction which I did, after back and forth with the customer service I was told that I did the transaction on another App which was a blatant pure lie and they know that they're lying. anyways it's all good but if

Am unimpressed with this app. Each time I try to log in after a period of absence, it tells me my password is not correct. I have clicked on 'forgort password' several times. It takes me nowhere. Always comes up with some error message about the Internet. Sick of this. What is wrong with this app?

This is the worst app among similar apps I've used. Could you believe I transferred #1000 MTN airtime to the number displayed about a week ago, since then nothing has been done about the conversion to #800 in my wallet. I feel so cheated! I shouldn't have transferred that airtime...I just can't stop blaming myself
