I appreciate this app! It helps keep track of my monthly bills and consumption. It also features an inapp payment options with affordable service fees, less hassle na than riding PUJ/PUVs and lining up just to pay. I wish there will be a printable receipt after payment in the app, since it can be used as proof of residency.

I’ve been unable to log in with my Facebook account for two weeks now, leaving me past my due date and unable to pay through the app. On top of this, the dedicated Enerzone app is slow and not user-friendly, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I’ve had to use alternative payment methods just to keep up. Please resolve this issue urgently.

at first this app works good until i updated the app an what i experienced lately was not good because i can't even log in to my account it keeps saying there is an unexpected error on DB. .i keep trying to log in but i just have a the same result.
