I used this scale for years and had all kinds of data. Then it updated and is requiring me to register but it will only send an OTP to an Indian phone number. Before that it was very difficult to connect to the scale as well. The scale was fine when it worked with its analytics which were inline with the expensive ones at the gym. That however is worthless of the app is trash.

The app is a piece of trash. It has turned unusable. Thanks to this app not working, I was forced to try pairing its device with a different app. I paired the smartscale with FitIndex app. It works! Also I realized that the body fat percentage from FitIndex app is accurate whereas Actofit app had been showing incorrect body fat %. I had a Dexa scan done on me and it had returned 24% whereas Actofit had been showing 11%! On FitIndex app, it shows 21.2% 6 months since DEXA. So that's true result

Looks like they've abandoned their customers. In the recent update they pushed, it asked me relogin and since then I'm unable to login. Every time I try to reset my password it says email ID is not present in our records. Their customer care never responds. I tried logging in through my gmail but even that failed. I see similar reviews given by other customers. Update : I reached out to their insta handle and they suggested to use FitDays app in stead. I used it and it works but no old data.
