What happened to the web bill payment option? Previously it was very convenient, but now when I tried to pay via website (coz I dont like your app), I am redirected to the app. The problem is that the app is the worst ever and is very frustrating to use! If the app is still not stable, please do not force users to use it exclusively. Kindly maintain the web bill payment option for customers who prefer it.

The new upgraded version is quite disappointing and lacks user-friendliness. I completed my bill payment last month. however, the latest statement shows an outstanding balance, indicating that the last payment was unsuccessful. I have not received any notification regarding the status of my prev payment. I registered a new profile today and made several attempts to pay my current bill, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. In the end, I used to pay via their website Lousy apps!

Was using it all the while to get my latest bill to pay my bills on time. However, same as many users, I am experiencing the update issue. After updated the latest software in the app store, once I clicked the "open" button, it will be a never ending cycle constantly asking me for an update. Please rectify this issue asap or otherwise nobody will be able to pay the bills on time. Don't blame users if they couldn't do so.
