Have had these for a couple of years. Only way to update them is send them off to company. Can't use new features in app without paying for update. I'll buy a new pair first. Using the demo finally makes them better. But can't use it all the time. If I could adjust some settings better using the new features they won't perfect. Not paying for an update. I'll buy a better pair. Stuck with basic features for now

Sound quits momentarily when you unlock your phone. Also, you can't turn off streaming. It runs constantly. I don't want the phone sounds inside my ears. I want the hearing aids to only function as hearing aids. I like being able to control the hearing aids with the app. But, I absolutely hate the streaming. Developer : Please put a button to turn off the streaming completely that actually works.

App sucks for Android. I had high hopes after doing a ton of research on hearing aids and talking to Dr's for these Lucid Hearing aids. The website shows so many options for TV listening, outside, conversations, ECT. When you have an Android phone, you get bare bones. That is not what is shown on the website. Very misleading. I would have gone with another brand. The hearing aids will not hold the programming, will not switch out of streaming mode, have horrible static, and will not hold volume
